 Jason Busboom Jason Busboom started Busboom Group in 2005 to focus on the development, investment, and management of commercial assets. The Busboom Group manages and leases over 450 multi-family units and 145,000 square feet of retail space in the Denver metro area. They have executed three successful Capitol Hill acquisitions and are currently working on a $10 million tax credit redevelopment. Jason worked at Aimco for 3 years in their Acquisition and Operations departments, where he was involved in over $500 million in acquisitions, implementing cost reduction initiatives saving millions, and managing their national portfolio of retail and office space. Jason received his Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2004 and lives in Castle Rock with his wife, Christine, and son, Blake.
