 Iris Foster Iris Foster, CCIM, CPM, RPA, MRECM, lecturer, focuses on real estate concepts and income property management. She has been an instructor for graduate and undergraduate real estate courses since 2000 teaching at the Daniels College of Business, Franklin D. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, and The Women’s College, University of Denver. Ms. Foster is actively involved in Alumni activities at the Burns School, currently serving as the President of the Burns School Executive Committee for the Alumni & Friends she also served as the co-chair for the 2001 Mid-Year Update Symposium and was selected a DU Burns Fellow in 1999. Ms. Foster is a Denver native and has been involved in the Denver commercial real estate community for more than 20 years specializing in the financial aspects of commercial real estate in the areas of development, leasing, property and asset management and lending.
