 Win King Win King, Denver Metropolitan Area Specialist focusing on in-fill and redevelopment properties throughout Denver’s downtown and neighboring communities. Win began his career in Real Estate as a Commercial Appraiser in Central Florida before moving to Hawaii where he managed, leased and sold residential and commercial properties for a larger number of International clients. Since moving to Colorado and joining the Frederick Ross Company in August of 1998, Win has represented a broad range of local and national clients in leasing and sales of retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties. The building blocks of his experience will assist you to interpret local opportunities for “New Urbanist” infill redevelopment now popular throughout the Country. Win graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Economics and from Florida International University with a BS in Hospitality Administration.
