 Chad Knoth Chad has been in the real estate industry since 2003. Currently, Chad has been with SullivanHayes Brokerage (SH) since 2004, where he does retail leasing and sales, specializing in new construction and Class A retail properties. At SH, Chad has been involved in over 60 deals, which comes to over 7 Million Square feet and a deal value of over $90 Million. Since graduating from the Burns School of Real Estate at the University of Denver in 2003, Chad has been very involved in the real estate community. Along with being the current chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers NextGen Committee, he is also active with the Urban Land Institute's Young Leaders Group, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties' Developing Leaders, a member of Executive Real Estate Roundtable and is the vice-chair for the City of Englewood, Colorado's Planning & Zoning Commission.
