 Bill McKinney Bill McKinney’s success in commercial real estate can be attributed to a firm commitment to being actively engaged in the marketplace as one who acquires, develops and ultimately sells commercial properties. Bill’s success is due to his business philosophy of creating relationship-driven transactions. He’s been rewarded as an annual recipient of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR) Million Dollar Roundtable Award. Bill’s years as a senior broker at the Frederick Ross Company, ten years as sales manager and principal at Dunton Realty Company and most recently as sales manager for Shames Makovsky Realty Company has led to a career built on trust, knowledge and a tireless pursuit of the perfect transactions for his clients. Bill’s expertise extends to commercial brokerage and the acquisition of retail, office, industrial, land, investment sales, build-to-suit facilities, the Planned Unit Development (PUD) process and leasing with a special emphasis on retail. Bill’s professional achievements include serving as Vice President of DMCAR®, Chairman of the Metro Denver REALTOR® Foundation, a committee member for the Rocky Mountain International Council of Shopping Centers and was the Chair for the 1997 Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate Exposition/Denver University Forecast. Currently Bill is on the Scholarship Committee at the University of Denver, Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver. His greatest personal achievement is his family; wife Susan, son Bill and wife Lois, son Dan and his wife Sydney, Geoffrey, Kevin and his wife Jessica; and four grandchildren; Ryan, Kyle, Garrett and Gillian.
