  All projects, regardless of size and industry, are encouraged to participate.Purpose: To recognize and honor the accomplishments of the Project of the Year (POY) teams for their achievements. Eligibility: Projects from Colorado are encouraged to participate, regardless of size, industry type or location. (CLICK HERE for "Call for Entries Form") The project must have applied for a C.O. by October 1, 2010. If selected for an award, applicant agrees to allow the Burns School and the University of Denver to publish photos or stories on the project for publicity purposes. Nomination Procedure: Submit an application, along with the following applicable information. Entry form deadline is October 1, 2010 by 4:30 p.m. Deliveries accepted weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Submitted applications and photos must be picked up by November 30, 2010 or they will become property of the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.
Judging: Includes architectural design, site planning, overall creativity and impact on the community. Judges will be independent of the University of Denver and DMCAR.
