Mr. Boyles has been the Chairman of Columbine Bank since 1996. The holding company was formed to own Collegiate Peaks banks in Buena Vista, Salida, Aurora and Denver. Prior to serving as chairman, Mr. Boyle held a variety of positions with Guaranty Bank and Trust Company dating back to 1978. As early as 1983, he became the President and CEO. Mr. Boyle holds a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Finance from the University of Colorado. He is actively involved with the community and currently serves as a board member for HealthOne and is also on the QMBC, Finance, and Audit committeesis currently a member of the Rose Investment Committee.
