In a real estate career spanning nearly 30 years, Tom Castle has been involved in every aspect of retail real estate. Currently, Tom is President of SullivanHayes Brokerage and Dunton Commercial, two Colorado commercial brokerage firms, owned by Chang Enterprises, a holding company of tennis star Michael Chang, brother and coach Carl Chang, and the Chang family. Tom provides leadership and guidance to the independent real estate brokers, the research and marketing groups, property management and accounting efforts and administrative staff.
Tom started with SullivanHayes in 1985, joining Jim Sullivan and Jed Hayes in their effort to build a specialized brokerage and development firm that focused on retail strip shopping centers throughout the state of Colorado. Successfully building upon a strong commitment to ethical business practices, utilizing innovation and technology, and achieving outstanding results for clients through performance, SullivanHayes grew to be a leader in retail tenant representation. Today, SullivanHayes represents over 80 retailers expansion programs throughout Colorado including large format retailers such as Target, JC Penney and Costco as well as Starbucks,
Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, Spicy Pickle and all types and size of users in between. Additionally, SullivanHayes represents the development community’s efforts to attract new and existing
retailers to millions of square feet of retail projects in Colorado. Some of the more notable development clients include Forest City, Panattoni, RED and The Ellman Companies. Tom’s
