Peter A. Culshaw emigrated from London (UK) in January 1984. He worked as a partner in the London-based company of Gooch and Wagstaff before forming his own business, Winchester Properties in 1986. In 1990 he joined the Denver Technological Center and Meridian International Business Center where he served as President and CEO. In 2006 Mr. Culshaw arranged for the sale of DTC/Meridian to the J.F. Shea Company where he has remained as Executive Vice President of Shea Properties responsible for Shea’s Colorado Commercial Assets and Development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Land Administration, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK), and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado. Culshaw holds positions on numerous boards, both professional and philanthropic. Most importantly, he is also a much underpaid soccer coach!
