Patrick Devereaux began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and Investment Consultant for DYCO Real Estate Company in 1991. Two years later, he transitioned to the brokerage side of the business, joining Grubb & Ellis in 1993. While at Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Devereaux was named Rookie of the Year in 1993 and cold caller of the year in 1994, and was in the top 10 for the Denver office 3 times. In 1998, Mr. Devereaux joined Cushman and Wakefield as an Associate Director and has since been promoted to Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group. He has been awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s Top 5 Producers 6 years in a row (2002- 2007) and has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter’s Top 10.” for the past 7 years. Additionally, Patrick has been nominated for Investment Broker of the Year by NAIOP in each of the past four years. Mr. Devereaux is the only Private Capital Investment Broker to be nominated in 2004-2007. A 1992 graduate of the University of Denver, Mr. Devereaux holds a BSBA in Real Estate Investment Analysis and Construction Management. Mr. Devereaux is actively involved in Champions for Children, The Crohn’s & Colitus Foundation. Patrick also raises money for Children’s Hospital via the Courage Classic bicycle tour.
