Gary Dragul is the President and Founder of GDA Real Estate Services, LLC, a commercial real estate acquisitions company in Greenwood Village, Colorado, that owns and operates over 84 properties in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, South Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. In 2007, GDA acquired approximately $200 million of shopping centers and subsequently $150 million of Shopping Centers in 2008. During the first half of 2009, GDA has acquired over $20 million and historically has purchased 10 -- 15 shopping centers every year. Established in 1993, Gary Dragul now leads an office of 15 employees. GDA prides itself on fast closings, quick leasing, and innovative deal making. Gary has been involved in the commercial real estate business for 26 years, closing transactions in excess of 1.4 billion dollars.
