Jason joined the Realtec team in 2001 and earned the position of Partner in 2006. As a native of Northern Colorado and an alumni of Colorado State University, Jason's experience, history, and contacts in the region are far reaching. Jason serves on the Fort Collins Chamber's Local Legislative Affairs committee and sits on the Northern Colorado Commercial Association Board. He is also a Certified Investment Member Candidate. With experience ranging from acquisition and leasing of a major retail projects to land acquisition for commercial and multi-family development, Jason has developed the skills set necessary to take on any type of commercial project in Northern Colorado.
