Nathan Johnson received his degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, magna cum laude. Today he is recognized as one of the premier office brokers in the Rocky Mountain Region. He is a senior managing director and principal. He maintains the highest overall production of any broker for the Frederick Ross Company over the past 20 years and has personally completed over 500 lease and sale transactions over the past decade. Spanning over thirty years, Mr. Johnson’s professional background has included corporate real estate services, office leasing, investment sales and development, as well as residential real estate. He was ranked among Denver’s top 20 brokers by CoStar for the years 2003, 2004, and 2005. He received the 2005 SIOR award for “Transaction of the Year” and the 1999 NAIOP award for “Office Broker of the Year”. He was awarded “Top Producer” at the Frederick Ross Company in 1993, 1997, 1998, 2002, and 2004 and he won the Robert R. Hackstaff Award in 2005. In addition to numerous awards and honors he has received throughout his career, Mr. Johnson is a member and past president of Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® and Co-Chair of the scholarship committee for the Daniels College of Business Franklin L.
