Mr. Mosko has a marked Commercial Real Estate Brokerage career with a 25-year background in land brokerage. Over this time, he has become recognized as the leading authority on all types of land sales. Throughout his career, he has closed over $500 million in land transactions including the 23,000-acre Banning-Lewis Ranch in Colorado Springs, Colorado and the 432-acre StorageTek campus in Louisville, Colorado.

Stew has worked very diligently to become well adept in taking on the role of the real property owner’s advocate. This role in the sale transaction is paramount to insuring the best possible outcome for his clientele.

He is also active in his local government and his trade associations. Stew was appointed by Governor Owens to the State Land Use Commission. He also received an appointment from the Adams County Board of County Commissioners to the Planning Commission, a position he held for three terms, nine years, culminating as the Chairman. He has served as the Chairman of many committees of DMCAR as well as rising to the position of President. In February 2009, Mosko was named NAIOP’s 2008 Land Broker of the year. This was the third time he has won this prestigious award. Mosko also is an original member of the University of Colorado’s Real Estate Council.
Being the most widely quoted land authority in the Colorado Front Range has led to many guest speaker engagements ranging from the University of Denver to most local trade associations.
