During his career, he has negotiated numerous commercial lease transactions for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Sprint, EDS, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, as well as transactions for small and emerging companies. He is the 2008-2009 President of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors, the largest association of commercial brokers in the country.
