A 1992 graduate of Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, Gene Pride began his real estate career in 1992 as a Broker Associate in Telluride, Colorado. In 1997, Mr. Pride moved to Denver to join Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group where he was honored as Broker of the Year in 2002 and 2003. In August of 2004, Mr. Pride accepted the position of Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Pride was a Top 5 broker for C&W’s Denver office in 2004 & 2005 and was nominated for NAIOP’s Investment Broker of the year in 2006. Mr. Pride is actively involved in the International Counsel of Shopping Centers and currently serves as Colorado/Wyoming State Alliance Co-Chair.
