Mike Winn is an executive vice president of the Capital Markets Group in Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver office. Winn specializes in the representation of institutional investors in the disposition of significant retail and office properties throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Mike Winn along with is partner, Tim Richey, have been awarded NAIOP Colorado’s prestigious Investment Brokers of the Year and/or the DBJ/DMCAR Investment Broker of the Year in 1997, 1999, and 2003 - 2007. Total transaction volume during their 18-year partnership exceeds $8.5 billion. Mr. Winn spent fourteen years with Grubb & Ellis before joining Cushman and Wakefield in 1998. Mike Winn graduated from Colorado College in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado. In addition, he is an active member of ICSC, National Association of Industrial/Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute. In the mid ‘80’s, Mr. Winn headed a real estate development company responsible for office development in the Rocky Mountain region.
